We hope you will be very happy with anything you buy from us but realise that it might occasionally be necessary to return an item. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason please contact us immediately and in any case within 14 calendar days of receipt. We hope this will be rare, but want to ensure the process is as flexible and easy as possible. Should you need to return any item you can:-
- Drop off at our Warehouse address
- Return via post or courier to our Warehouse address.

Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of notice of cancellation.
We are happy to refund unwanted items (provided they are returned within the timeframes above and in re-saleable condition, in the original packaging). However, return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the items are damaged or faulty in which case we will also reimburse the cost of return postage or arrange collection of the goods. Please remember to obtain proof of postage when returning items.
Finally, we aim to be as flexible as humanly possible. Please do not hesitate to call us to discuss any particular requirement. We will always do what we can to get your goods to you whenever and wherever you require… within reason of course!
Please note: We try to be as accurate as possible regarding stock control. However, we are only human, and sometimes we make mistakes. If the item is shown as in stock and turns out not to be, we will make every effort to inform you as soon as possible either by email or telephone and offer you an alternative or refund you immediately. We also aim to deliver items in perfect condition and will endeavour to package everything well – during this process we might use recycled cardboard, bubblewrap etc... this not only helps the environment but also saves on costs and breakages.
